Hi, I seem to be the odd one out - when searching the web for information, I find evidence that many developers want to move to a business analyst (BA role), but haven't seen anything about making the reverse transition.   These days, I am finding that I just don't get much satisfaction from what I've been doing as a BA and would like to be more hands-on and have a more direct feeling of accomplishing something.   I have a bachelor's degree, and have past experience with C

Hello, I've been told by my peers that I am a good programmer. I see that there is a big demand for .Net developers. Yet I can not find a job. Can it be because I don't have a degree? Could it be because I did electrical work when I couldn't find a job during the dot com bust? Do I stink worse at marketing that I think? This is a very puzzling situation and I can not figure it out. Any advice, links to read, people to call or sites to visit would be appreciated. Thank you.
